Hej there!

I'm still up and running. Thanks for all the e-mails. I had some problems to catch up with updating of my blog, due to massive travelling. Weather in Sweden is finally spring like and it is really pleasant to sit outside for dinner or lunch. Job's fine, I'll be on schedule for my short
vacations in July.

I had wonderful stay in Vaxjo @ Cardinal. Usually I'm a little bit doubtful about the quality of food served at hotel restaurants. Generally speaking is plain international cousine with no peculiar attractive. But this time it was a surprise. Staff really friendly, great dishes and cosy atmosphere. I really felt - as the hotel motto claims - at home far from home. I had monk fish fillet in a kind of wine sauce with risotto which was really good. And panna cotta is like the one I have in Italy!

Talking about food, I discovered they opened up a new reataurant also @ CPH airport. It's called Caviar House (or something like that), a little bit too pretentious, but raw fish is worth while, though I still prefer to eat the grilled prawns with a large Carlsberg @ Salmon House.

We're still moving last things from the old house to the new one which is really nice. The small garden is still half a mess but it will improve. I have blisters on my hands due to spade and rake working!
